The $248 pair of denim cutoffs split up the front after four washings due to the design of where a patch pocket was placed in proximity to the fray. Frame refuses to stand by its products when defective. Look at its website and you will not find a warranty statement. Look at Mother jeans in the other hand tans they have a one year warranty. Don’t buy Frame.

I placed an order on Feb 5th; they debited my card and the order is still unfilled. I've written, texted and tried to call, but still ZERO service. This is the worst experience I've had with a retailer and will never order again. Do not TRUST this vendor.

Same experience as the others reviews below. My account hast been debited but more than 2 weeks later I still haven't heard from them. They're not responding to my email ( and I have waited a week...).
Just sent them a text, as there is no phone number ( very convenient...).

This company are fraudulent. My daughter bought a pair of jeans from Frame and they did not fit. She requested a return label by email which she got. I then posted the item as instructed but that was nearly 2 months ago and there has been no money refunded. If you call the number on their website it rings once then goes dead and we have emailed at least 7 times and they never respond. The jeans were really expensive and supposed to be a really special purchase but my daughter now feels betrayed by this fraudulent company.

I placed an order for a product. The money was taken from my account and I received an email saying the item had shipped.
However tracking details state that FedEx have not yet received the package, and it has been sitting at this status for a week now. There is no telephone number to call customer service and I have emailed 3 times with no response, despite their website saying they will respond within one day. Their
website also states that orders will either ship same day or the following day. This has also not occurred. This is my first time ordering with Frame, and it will be my last. They do not follow
their own policies and customer service is non-existent. Awaiting resolution.

Same thing ordered charged and they never shipped. No one gets back to you no phone number to call. Scammers! Beware

Frame Denim shipping and customer service is beyond terrible. If I could give '0' stars, I would. They say they shipped your item and give you a shipping label and then it just sits in their warehouse and they actually charged my card when it never shipped! Then they outright lie to you when you finally do get a email response. They blame it on Fed Ex not updating their status.... for 5 entire business days! LOL. Even the Fed Ex rep laughed when I told them that and offered to speak with a Frame customer service rep to explain all of this to them. But alas, very conveniently they no longer have a customer service phone # so forget that. Save yourself alot of trouble and do not shop Online with Frame Denim. I started a Charge dispute with my bank already. It's a shame because I love the jeans. I'll just stick with ordering them from a reputable company like Neimans, Nordies or SAKS.

The Frame Store on San Vicente in Brentwood is excellent! Monica has been there for many years and is awesome!!!
I have brought many projects there- and recently I brought a painting that was very difficult to frame as I wanted. Monica solved the problem, and within the budget that I asked. Tremendous customer service! Would recommend highly

Shocking company with fraudulent activity. If you Buy from this company please be aware that they won't refund you for anything that is wrong with the items. They are disgraceful in their practices.
